At Lolë, we want you to feel confident in your gear; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return unworn items with original tags within 30 days of purchase. We offer a seamless process to ensure you find the perfect fit for your active lifestyle.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn items, including all original hangtags, into the original shipping mailer or a secure box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to the designated carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
